{"id":7870,"date":"2023-12-25T15:39:40","date_gmt":"2023-12-25T15:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fountestremiero.com\/algemene-voorwaarden\/"},"modified":"2023-12-25T15:39:40","modified_gmt":"2023-12-25T15:39:40","slug":"algemene-voorwaarden","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fountestremiero.com\/nl\/algemene-voorwaarden\/","title":{"rendered":"Algemene voorwaarden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Algemene voorwaarden:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Boekingsbevestiging:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je kunt reserveren via onze website, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fountestremiero.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.fountestremiero.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of een partnerwebsite waarmee we samenwerken, zoals booking.com <\/span> <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reserveringen zijn bevestigd wanneer u een bevestigingsmail van ons of van booking.com hebt ontvangen.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor vakantiehuizen wordt de boeking bevestigd na ondertekening van de huurovereenkomst en na betaling van de aanbetaling.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inchecken\/Uitchecken:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-in tijd is tussen 16.00 en 20.00 uur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uitchecken voor 11.00 uur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Laat uitchecken is mogelijk tot 15.00 uur (extra toeslag \u20ac 50).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Betaling:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Een aanbetaling van 25% van de totale prijs wordt gevraagd om de reservering te bevestigen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De betaling van het resterende bedrag van de totale prijs &amp; de prijs van eventuele extra diensten is verschuldigd bij vertrek.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor vakantiehuisjes kan een borg worden gevraagd bij het inchecken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We accepteren de belangrijkste creditcards, bankpassen, elektronische betalingen en contant geld.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Annuleringsvoorwaarden:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B&amp;B kamers &amp; appartement:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering 14 dagen of meer voor de geplande aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering binnen 14 dagen en 2 dagen voor de geplande aankomstdatum wordt 50% van de totale reserveringskosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering binnen 2 dagen voor de geplande aankomstdatum wordt 100% van de totale reserveringskosten in rekening gebracht. We kunnen hier echter een uitzondering op maken als er een geldige reden is voor je annulering; informeer hier van tevoren naar. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vakantiehuis:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering 6 maanden of meer voor de geplande aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering binnen 6 maanden en 3 maanden voor de geplande aankomstdatum wordt 50% van de totale reserveringskosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering binnen 3 maanden en 4 weken voor de geplande aankomstdatum wordt 75% van de totale reserveringskosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij annulering binnen 4 weken voor de geplande aankomstdatum wordt 100% van de totale reserveringskosten in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vroeg vertrek:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er wordt geen restitutie verleend voor vroegtijdig vertrek of ongebruikte nachten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Wijziging:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wijzigingen in de reserveringsdata kunnen afhankelijk zijn van beschikbaarheid en extra kosten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>No-Show beleid:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In het geval van een no-show wordt het volledige reserveringsbedrag in rekening gebracht.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kinderen en extra bedden:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kinderen van alle leeftijden zijn welkom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op verzoek kunnen we kinderbedjes leveren; informeer van tevoren.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Huisdierenbeleid:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Huisdieren zijn welkom, zowel binnen als buiten. Er wordt een toeslag van \u20ac 10 per nacht gevraagd voor het verblijf van een huisdier. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rookbeleid:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roken is binnenshuis ten strengste verboden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buiten kunnen speciale rookruimtes beschikbaar zijn; informeer bij het personeel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Schadevergoeding:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade aan het pand tijdens hun verblijf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schade wordt in rekening gebracht op de creditcard die in ons bestand staat of wordt in rekening gebracht bij vertrek.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Eigendomsregels:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Van gasten wordt verwacht dat ze het pand en de andere gasten respecteren.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rustige uren zijn van 23.00 tot 8.00 uur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aansprakelijkheid:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De accommodatie is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, schade of diefstal van persoonlijke eigendommen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">De accommodatie is niet aansprakelijk voor ongelukken of verwondingen op of rond het terrein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Overmacht:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De accommodatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor onvoorziene gebeurtenissen, zoals natuurrampen of terroristische aanslagen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Door te reserveren, erkennen gasten dat ze deze algemene voorwaarden hebben gelezen en ermee akkoord gaan.
