Terms & Conditions:

• Booking confirmation:
  • You can make a reservation from our website, www.fountestremiero.com or a partnering website we’re working with such as booking.com 
  • Reservations are confirmed when you have received a confirmation email from our part or from booking.com 
  • For vacation homes, the booking is confirmed after signing the rental agreement and having paid the deposit. 

• Check-In/Check-Out:
  • Check-in time is between 16h00 and 20h00.
  • Check-out time is by 11h00.
  • Late check-out time is possible until 15h00 (extra fee € 50).

• Payment:

• • A down payment of 25% of the total price is asked to confirm the reservation of the booking.
  • The payment of the remaining amount of the total price & the price of additional services (if any) is due upon departure.
  • For holiday home, a guarantee may be required upon check-in.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments and cash.

• Cancellation policy:

• • B&B rooms & apartment:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days and 2 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost. However, we could make an exception to this if there is a valid reason for your cancellation; please inquire in advance.
  • Holiday home:
    • Cancellations made 6 months or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.
    • Cancellations made within 6 months and 3 months of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
    • Cancellations made within 3 months and 4 weeks of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 75% of the total reservation cost.
    • Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.

• Early departure:

• • No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.

• Modification:

• • Changes to the reservation dates may be subject to availability and additional fees.

• No-Show Policy:

• • In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

• Children and extra Beds:

• • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • On request we can supply for infant beds; please inquire in advance.

• Pet policy:

• • Pets are welcome, inside and outside. A fee of € 10 per night is requested for the stay of a pet.

• Smoking policy:

• • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Designated smoking areas may be available outside; inquire with staff.

• Damages:

• • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
  • Damages will be charged to the credit card on file or charged upon leaving.

• Property rules:

• • Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests.
  • Quiet hours are from 23h00 to 8h00.

• Liability:

• • The property is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • The property is not liable for any accidents or injuries on or around the property.

• Force majeure:

• • The property is not responsible for unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. The property reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice.
