What can you expect?

Yoga

We provide one yoga class each day. We alternate between Yin and Yang yoga. There will also be an introduction to yoga nidra and a guided meditation every morning (optional).

Wellness

The use of the wellness facilities is available every day and is a central focus of this journey. The use of the sauna and hammam is highly beneficial for your overall well-being. It boosts your immune system and gets your blood flowing faster. You’ll feel more energized and fit after a sauna session and a dip in the plunge pool.

Massage

Each participant receives a massages of 60 minutes. Specific concerns can be discussed in advance, and the focus can be tailored accordingly, whether addressing specific issues or simply providing a purely relaxing massage.
